Kimberly Williamson

Kimberly Williamson passed away peacefully on April 3, 2025, at the age of 62. Kim was born on May 24, 1962, in Clinton, Indiana to Sharrian (Rardin) Grindley and James Malone of Dana, Indiana. She was the heart and soul of her family that she raised in Dana, Indiana. She had her quirks that made her who she was, and also had a red headed, curly haired spirit. Those that were blessed to know her can attest that she exuded love and care for her family. She was a strong willed and loving wife, mother, Mamaw, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She had a passion for animals unmatched by most. She was seen frequently at her grandbabies' academic and athletic events. She also had an amazingly green thumb, bringing life and beauty into the plants she touched. Her decorating skills were cherished by many. Her love for her family and life was strong because of her love and faith for God. For the last several years she has been a member of the Christian Fellowship Church in Rosedale where her husband Mike preaches. Previously she attended the Community Bible Church of Dana. She remained strong in her faith throughout her life.

Kim Williamson is survived by her husband Mike Williamson of 44 years. She is also survived by her children Mikie (Kim) Williamson, Zach (Megan) Williamson, and Rylee Williamson (fiancé Caleb). She has 3 grandchildren Destiny, Cody, and Camryn. She is also survived by her parents Sharrian and Dennis Grindley. She is also survived by sisters Pam Lira, Jami (Brian) McLeish and Shelley Janssen. She has several nieces and nephews and extended family as well. Kim was preceded in death by James Malone.

As a last gift to this world, Kim was a registered organ donor and was able to continue to help others even through her death. God has received an angel and a wonderful person.

A memorial service will be held on April 12th at Giovanini Funeral Home in Clinton from 1:00pm to 4:00pm with a celebration of life service directly to follow. The family respectfully asks that memorial contributions to be made to the Parke-Vermillion Humane Society in memory of Kim Williamson.
